Five River Investment and Development Company is the product of a dynamic collision of three quite different businesses: real estate management and development, business consulting to include training and educational assistance and, an import and export company. With the seeds of our current organization being planted over 30 years ago, the work of FRIDCo has undergone many evolutions and changes, which led to its current organization. Five Rivers Investment & Development Company was organized December 6, 2008 and formally established by the Ohio Secretary of State as an Ohio limited liability company in January 14, 2009.
With a clear vision of the past and a commitment to be people-oriented, Five Rivers Investment and Development Company commenced investing in people in six areas of service and expertise:
