Five Rivers Homes, a division of FRIDCo oversees the management, purchase and sale of residential real estate owned by Five Rivers Investment and Development Company.  Five Rivers Homes  provides  single family rental homes in a number of the regions neighborhoods that are available. 

Five Rivers Commercial Real Estate

We specialize in the acquisition of apartment complexes, shopping centers, single family and multi-family homes as well as mixed-use properties. We buy, own and manage real estate that is income producing and develop and operate real estate as part of our portfolios not specifically targeting resale. FRIDCo also considers Joint Venture Real Estate Projects.

Five Rivers Construction is a General Contractor service that is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial properties for the Five Rivers Investment and Development Company.  Five Rivers Construction is a licensed and insured General Contractor that also provides other construction services to the general public.  From new construction to remodeling, Five Rivers Construction is committed to customer satisfication.
