The staff, officers and lending partners at Five Rivers Investment & Development Company (FRIDCo) have over 50 years combined experience in providing commercial financing opportunities to our clients.  FRIDCo has direct access to funding for small projects, under $1 million, to large multi-billion dollar projects in the United States, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. 

FRIDCo never charges up front fees to our clients.  We get paid when you get paid.  We ask that all requests for financing will require a completed Know Your Client (KYC) Packet which will provide us with enough information to derermine the viability of your project. 

FRIDCo welcomes the opportunity to work with brokers and will protect their fees.  Our goal is to ensure the success of the project.

Five Rivers Investment & Development Company (FRIDCo) enjoys long standing relationships with International investors and worldwide humanitarian groups.  FRIDCo participates in buy sell platforms that have proven results.  These relationships have afforded our clients the ability to achieve high returns, enabling them to finance their projects and provide required funds to Humanitarian projects.  At home, FRIDCo seeks to assist local governments, churches and other non-profit organizations provide solutions for low cost housing and other needed services.  Committed to protect children everywhere, through adequate food, clothing, shelter, education and healthcare through religious and private Non-Governmental agencies, FRIDCo works with international and local humanitarian groups and governmental agencies to provide material and financial support to their efforts.  Whether working with international officials from the country of Georgia to the nations of Central and South America, these funds are necessary to combat the ravages of natural disasters, disease, inadequate housing and poverty.
