The Five Rivers Group of companies is a conglomerate located in the Metropolitan Cincinnati-Dayton community. Currently, five entities are members of the Five Rivers Group. Five Rivers Capital, Five Rivers Consultancy, Five Rivers Investment and Development Company, Five Rivers Trading Company and the Five Rivers Foundation. Each entity provides a unique service, fills a special niche and has a specific clientele.

Five Rivers Capital

Five Rivers Capital is a capital-funding provider. Five Rivers Capital is a direct and indirect commercial lender. Five Rivers Capital serves a global market and provides funding for projects in every corner of the world. Five Rivers Capital provides funding for the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In 2011, Five Rivers Capital received over $2.554 billion in funding requests.

Five Rivers Consultancy

Five Rivers Consultancy is a consulting firm that provides consulting services within its three divisions: the Business Division, Education Divisions and Non-Profit/Humanitarian Division. Five Rivers Consultancy has a regional market serving the Cincinnati-Columbus-Dayton Metropolitan Area, Indianapolis-Louisville Metropolitan Area and Ashland-Huntington-Charleston Metropolitan Area.

The Business Division is comprised of business professionals familiar with every aspect of business, capable of troubleshooting, strategizing and marketing your company from start-up to closedown. The Business division serves a regional market including Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia.

The Education Division has excellent relations with colleges and universities throughout the region and specializes in undergraduate and graduate placement, especially with the placement foreign students. The Education Divisions assists with TESOL testing, housing and provides tutoring services to international clients. While placement services are international in scope, other services are limited to the six state regions

The Non-Profit/Humanitarian Division provides consulting services especially for charities, churches and non-governmental organizations. Five Rivers Consultancy provides sound advice and practical training from startup, organization, funding and public relations aspects that greatly affect the efficiency and success of your charitable organization. The Non-Profit/Humanitarian Division is active with projects involving charities, churches and NGOs, in the United States, Mexico, El Salvador and Peru.

Five Rivers Investment and Development Company

Five Rivers Investment and Development Company (FRIDCo) is a privately held, globally diversified and fully integrated real estate organization founded in 1997 and organized as a business entity in the State of Ohio in 2008. The officers and directors of FRIDCo have been actively involved in real estate investment and development for more than 15 years. FRIDCo has a proven record of accomplishment in the acquisition, construction, management and sales of residential and commercial real estate.

FRIDCo is involved in a variety of asset classes and real estate disciplines, and pursues opportunities regionally, nationally and internationally. The company is engaged in all aspects of real estate investment, ownership and operation and has divisions that specialize in development, acquisitions, real estate investment funds and separate accounts, international real estate investing, real estate hedge funds, property management, portfolio and asset management, and advisory services.

The Five Rivers Trading Company is an Export Trading Agency. The Five Rivers Trading Company has successful relations in coal, wood pellets; rebar steel, concrete, laminate flooring, granite, heavy equipment, locomotives and construction technologies. The scope of the Five Rivers Trading Company is global and our buyers and sellers are located in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The Five Rivers Trading Company works closely with our customs expediters to ensure the safe and efficient movement of your goods from the negotiation of the contract to the final delivery of your goods.

Five Rivers Foundation

The Five Rivers Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization through which the Five Rivers Group of companies pursue their philanthropic goals. Each member organization of the Five Rivers Group not only exists to acquire economic well-being for the owner, officers, employees and shareholders, but each organization has a responsibility to the communities we serve. The Five Rivers Foundation makes grants to other charitable organizations as well as direct grants to governmental agencies, municipalities, business organizations, fraternal organizations and individuals for housing, education, economic development and social agencies promoting the health, education and welfare in people. One of the founding principles instilled into each of the Five Rivers Group of Companies is "to whom much is given, much is required."
